gizabet Platform — User Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the gizabet website accessible at gizabet.im, including all games, betting markets, payment systems, and support services available thereon.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the Platform following successful registration.

To be eligible to register and use gizabet, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of gizabet is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of gizabet or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or technology suppliers.
• Not be a self-excluded individual. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from gizabet or any connected platform, you must not attempt to re-register without first contacting our responsible gaming team.

gizabet uses automated and manual age verification tools. Where age cannot be confirmed, the Account will be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified or underage use are not payable and will be forfeited.

gizabet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your account verification tier and selected payment method.
• All funds deposited to gizabet must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• gizabet does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gizabet accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your gizabet Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. Delays caused by banking system outages or mobile network issues are outside gizabet's control.
• gizabet reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the transaction is flagged during fraud screening or if your Account is suspended pending KYC completion.
• You must not use gizabet for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. Any suspicious deposit patterns will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with our compliance obligations.

gizabet processes withdrawal requests for all fully verified accounts promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 1,000 applies per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. gizabet does not make third-party payments.
• Full KYC verification — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• gizabet aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your bank or mobile wallet provider.

The following general terms apply to all gizabet promotions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Each promotion's specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from eligible wagering of Bonus Funds become withdrawable real-money funds, subject to wagering requirements being met.
• gizabet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered through.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be permanently banned.
• gizabet's determination of eligibility for, and outcome of, any promotion is final.
• Promotional offers are directed at Pakistani players for entertainment purposes and gizabet makes no guarantee of winnings from any bonus or promotional participation.

All casino games available on gizabet — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live dealer games, and instant-win titles — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, and Hacksaw Gaming. The following terms apply:

• Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or game engines.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted systems to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or tournament formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward gizabet staff or other users via live chat or any other channel.
• Attempting to exploit any error, bug, or misconfiguration in the Platform's games or systems. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be voided.

All content on gizabet — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of gizabet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any gizabet content without our prior written consent.

Third-party game content available on gizabet remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. gizabet operates these titles under valid licensing agreements.

gizabet expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages.
• Any gambling losses sustained by a User on the Platform, which are the sole responsibility of the User.
• Technical malfunctions in a User's device, browser, or internet connection that affect gameplay or transaction processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits gizabet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by our negligence.

gizabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the gizabet.im website. For material changes — such as alterations to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — gizabet will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address on their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which gizabet holds its operating licence. gizabet operates under international gaming regulations and maintains compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements.

In the event of a dispute between a User and gizabet:

• Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
